Dr. Kishore is a corporate finance professional with 25 years of experience. His qualifications include Ph.D in finance, MBA, M.com, LLM, and ACS (Company Secretary). He is a rank holder in his M.Com, MBA, LLM, and Ph.D courses. He has about 25 years of work experience in project finance, PPP projects, corporate finance, venture capital, credit, legal, accounting, & HR. He served leading organizations in various capacities including as CFO, Director, Committee Member, etc. He received Best CFO awards from several organizations including Economic Times ET Now Awards. His professional associations include CII, FTCCI, PRMIA, ICA, NHRD, etc. Dr.Kishore holds professional positions as Advisory Board Member for various organizations, mentor at global startup community, mentor at startup incubators, board of studies member, etc. Dr.Kishore delivered expert talks and case studies at various locations in India and abroad including at Singapore, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Malaysia, Thailand, South Korea, etc.  He has the privilege of delivering sessions for Civil Servants, Commissioners, Senior Govt Officials, Regulators, Bankers, Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, Cost Accountants, Advocates, Investment Bankers, Stockbrokers, Management Professionals, Startup Founders, and Faculty Members. He published number of articles in leading publications, guided more than 500 research projects, and participated in many conferences. He has been championing for Financial Literacy and Entrepreneurship themes on pro bono basis with a social venture ‘FLAI’ and has been mentoring Startups, MSMEs, Scholars, and aspiring Professionals. Dr. Kishore travelled widely in India and abroad. His hobbies include reading, research, and travelling.
